BGaming has listed Chicken Halloween on its official games page with a release date of 14 October 2026, giving the studio’s chicken series a Halloween edition two and a half weeks before the holiday itself. The game sits in BGaming’s Casual category, and despite the name it is neither a crash game nor a step game in the Chicken Road mould. It is a tap-to-shoot target game, and BGaming describes it as a faster, spookier seasonal run of the Chicken Shot format.
What the Game Looks Like
The setting moves the farm to a purple night scene with pumpkins, tombstones and crooked trees. The chickens are all in costume: a vampire chicken watches from the yard, mummy chickens shuffle in carrying multipliers, some birds burst out of windows or fly across the screen on broomsticks, and a giant stitched chicken fills half the screen with the top prize printed on its belly. Some targets stay in plain view, while others appear only briefly and disappear if the player does not take the shot in time.
How It Plays
The player sets a bet, picks a chicken and shoots until it goes down and releases its coins. Every chicken shows its own multiplier, and the published ladder runs ×1.1, ×1.5, ×2, ×4, ×8, ×16, ×32 and ×64. Smaller birds fall easily and pay little, while the larger ones take more shots but carry the higher multipliers, which is the central trade-off in the game.
Two features stand out because they put the odds in front of the player. Hovering over a chicken shows its Chance to Win, meaning the probability of bringing that bird down with the first shot, and a Click Counter tracks how many shots have been fired at each target, with progress saved even if the player switches to another chicken mid-round. There are two modes: Manual, where the player chooses the target, and Spin, where the game selects a random chicken. Autoplay lets players set preferred targets, stop conditions and a number of rounds.
The product page does not state whether each shot is charged as a separate stake or whether one bet covers every shot at a chosen chicken. That detail matters a great deal for how quickly a session costs money, so it is worth checking the in-game rules once the demo goes live.
